Replacing Dreamweaver

I used to be a hardcore Dreamweaver fan. As of late, the product has seemed to have been forgotten about by Adobe, and it shows. Lack of proper php editing/formatting, and newer css support to name a couple basic missing features.  I searched for months to find a solid replacement that had many of the Dreamweaver features I was used to, while also having support for the newer technologies that were forgotten, or were only half implemented by Dreamweaver.
